You can return items to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund on the cost of your items.
Within 30 days, you may return all items purchased in the Fred N' Mates Online Shop without stating any reasons to the following address:

Please also note that items must be returned in a condition appropriate for having been checked normally by customers - more or less the same as if you had tried the items on in a store - and that they must still have the original tags on them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to demand compensation for items returned in poor condition due to additional usage. The costs of return will borne by customer.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We will email you to let you know once your refund has been processed which can take up to 14 days from the day your parcel is posted to us. Any refund will be issued to the card used to make your original purchase or the PayPal account from which the purchase was made. Please note that once your refund has been processed it can take 2-5 working days to show up in your account. Your returned parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us so remember to ask for proof of postage and proof of delivery using a tracked service.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND
If you have not yet received an email to confirm your refund is being processed, please allow up to 28 days from the date you sent your item before querying your return. If this time has passed, please email us with a copy of your proof of postage so that we can investigate this for you.

Fred N' Mates offers WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all its products.
Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order (Monday-Friday), subject to stock availability. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.
All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival – please bare this is mind, and provide a delivery address that will have someone present to sign for your items.
UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class and all international orders are shipped by DPD, DHL, UPS or similar.

Your order will should be there in 3-5 working days however, it can take up to 7 days depending on your location upon receipt of a complete and correct order. Europe shipping is free on orders above the value of €40.00

We regret that we are unable to send to P.O. Box addresses. Fred N' Mates reserves the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice and to delay dispatch of items until the customer has confirmed correct postal address. The customer takes full responsibility for consequences of providing incorrect information. Fred N' Mates is not responsible for issuing refunds or sending replacements.
Customs & Import Duties outside Europe
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Fred N' Mates ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Fred N' Mates does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Fred N' Mates is responsible for the error.
